About Shelley Devine

As a New England native, Shelley enjoy’s the seasonal change and all the recreation and beauty living here endows. She has an intimate knowledge of the region growing up in Southern NH, with years of exploring up and down the east coast from the mountains to the coast line. She spent her post graduate years living in Boston raising her family while owning and operating her own outdoor bootcamp, establishing a reputation as a well-respected and innovative business woman.

Her passion for real estate came when owning and decorating her family home, in which she sold in her first showing by herself. Soon after that she was decorating homes for friends and family. She bought her second home, fixed it up, then flipped it. It sold on the first open house during a holiday weekend during the 2008 real estate market crash, for top dollar! Her experiences of having lived in NE, transitioning from small town, to city life, back to small town again, give her a unique understanding of what buying and selling a home is – complex and deeply personal. She knows first hand there’s a lot at stake financially and personally.
